Sampling BioSphere

Sampling BioSphere is fairly easy. You may request technical data from your sales representative or directly review very broad technical data on our website with resin-specific information.

When determining the samples that are right for your resin type, please follow the detailed information on our website and in your processing packet for information on heat characteristics and load weight amount that should be put into the mixture. Our Biodegradable Additive resin for plastic can be placed in at 1-40% to achieve different results on final degradation. In order to pass the EN 13432 and ASTM D6400 standards you must place between  20-40% by weight of Biosphere Compostable(Aerobic) Additive into the mixture. We do have different load weight requirements for composting your products with BioSphere. For our (Anerobic) Biodegradable Additive you must place in at least 1% of the base additive to achieve enhanced biodegradation of the plastic itself. It is important to discuss any questions or concerns with your sales representative so they may serve you better.

Due to increasing demand of our products we require a 3-6 week lead time for product orders over 20 metric tons.
